The Giannutri Expandable is an innovative expandable lateral cage. The device has a unique 3D printed multi directional expansion mechanism to allow patient specific cranial/caudal height adjustment in addition to adjustment of lordosis angle. As a 3D printed titanium device, the surface texture is attractive to bone on growth.
